At Skience, your satisfaction and confidence in our products are our top priority. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure product integrity and safety.
Returns
We do not accept returns on used or opened skincare products. If the product is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The item was damaged in transit.
- The product is defective or expired.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Order number
- Reason for return or refund
- Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

- We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
- Sale items and promotional products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
