At Skience, we are committed to delivering your favorite skincare essentials in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. For international shipping requests, please contact us at skienceandscience@gmail.com.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Areas: 5–7 business days
- Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather, public holidays, or courier issues.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged for orders below ₹499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional charge, visible at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order using the link provided in the confirmation message.
6. Order Delays
While we strive to deliver your products on time, there may be occasional delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at skienceandscience@gmail.com with your order number.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package.
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging for our team to assess.
- We will do our best to provide a replacement or initiate a refund, based on the situation.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing the order. Skience is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
